[Report] Possible Duper

Hello!

I recently stumbled upon this vendor under the IGN of OBLI-A-VENDOR, seen in the pictures below, that sells +10 Dark Sov Swords [Faint][+10] for only 3B. All of them have the same RV: 6.41% which seems suspicious to me cause is selling more than a couple of those (as a matter of fact there were 13 of those!).
